Cablevision Systems and Lyons Benenson & Co.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against directors and former directors of Cablevision Systems regarding disclosures of back dated stock options granted to company executives. Shareholders claim Lyons Benenson sat in on meetings where grants of back dated options were approved, received backdated stock options itself, and received them from a stock option plan designed for employees of Cablevision.
