A class action lawsuit has been filed against Canadian National Railroad on behalf of the residents of Tamaroa in response to the train derailment in that town that caused many residents to evacuate.
The suit is seeking remedies for damages caused by the derailed train and some of the chemicals that may have spilled from tanker cars onto private property.
