Real Estate agencies Coldwell Banker Aspen Realty Inc., Holland Realty Inc., Sel-Equity Co., and Park Pointe Realty Inc. are alleged to illegally charge home buyers commissions on undeveloped property using a technique called 'tying.' According to a lawsuit filed in 2005, home purchasers are duped into paying commissions on an undeveloped lot they purchased as well as on the cost of a house subsequently built on the property.
