Nobel Court Development

A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of nearly 400 converted condo owners allegedly defrauded by the developer. The Villa Vicenza complex units in La Jolla Village were advertised as larger than they actually are and therefore were misrepresented. Based on selling prices that average $500 a square foot and discrepancies in unit sizes of as much as 185 square feet; owners are out $18,000 to $92,000. The developer of Villa Vicenza is listed as Nobel Court Development, but Crescent Heights is listed as the operating condominium company.
