A class-action has been accepted against Daqing Lianyi Petrochemical Co. in northeastern China alleging financial fraud, falsifying books, and bribing regulators.
The suit which was filed "to protect investors and to further promote the establishment of a class-action lawsuit system in China," is seeking 10.2 million yuan ($1.2 million) on behalf of it's 381 plaintiffs.
