Chinese consumers have filed a class action lawsuit in Xiamen's Huli District People's Court. The case claims Dell misrepresented the specifications of its Inspiron 640M laptop. Apparently Dell's order forms are marked with T2300 CPU, but the laptops are actually fixed with cheaper CPU Inter T2300Es that do not support as many applications. Dell says there is no difference and has refused to reimburse the customers for the incorrect configuration.
