I pay them online and back a couple of months ago when I went to the address online (the one that is also printed on their statements to pay online with) I got an error message and it directed the screen to a new address which did not work. I wound up with three late charges. I cannot get with a person at their toll free line as it is only for automated information.

Main complaint is that they said they were getting out of the credit card business by court order and put accounts with a company that would handle the payments until paid off. They recently changed the web address to a 'bad one' (doesn't work) and their phone number is only good for information. You can't talk to a person. Please help. Now there will be late fees. Can't get them removed.

On 5/12/00 I sustained a traumatic brain injury which resulted in a permanent total disability, numerous attempts were made to institute the credit protection policy which was denied on multiple occasions, the proper paperwork was submitted and when asked about the status of the claim, they denied that they received the paperwork.

The paperwork was sent again, and again they refused to honor the agreement.

This resulted in a loss both in fees and higher Interest due to my inability to make payments on a regular basis.

Company has not provided proof of debt as requested, and therefore has been falsely claiming that I have not repaid debt to them. Although I have never contacted them via phone, etc. and have only contacted them in writing once before to request that they provide me with proof of debt, or eliminate the collection that they have placed against me, they continually update activity dates to ensure that their false claim remains on my credit report as long as possible. I do request legal assistance, as this will be a sure-fire law suit.
