Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Marathon Ashland Petroleum on behalf of service station owners who sold gasoline in West Virginia. The suit alleges that contaminants such as arsenic and zinc which were found in 2002 samples of the company's gasoline have corroded the plaintiff's storage tanks.
