On May 27th at 1PM I called Directv requesting a tech visit my home to repair a broken Directv Box. I was told I would be charged $99. When I asked why I was told because my protection plan was turned off. None of the service reps could tell me who turned off my protection plan. I have been a Directv customer since 2005 and I always had a protection plan. At& T says I have been a customer since 2015 and I have never had a protection plan service. Since AT&T has taken over Directv they have on several occasions assess me with additional fees. My service plan was suppose to be $54. a month then raised to $64. a month. At one time I was told my plan was raised to include a Sports fee. I do not look at sport channels and therefore I do not understand why I was being charged these fees. When I complained they removed the charges and then later rebilled the same charges to my account.
