Grand Prix F1 du Canada Inc.

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Grand Prix F1 du Canada Inc. on behalf of ticket holders whose views were obstructed during the 2005 car race. Ticket holders in Grandstand 10 had unobstructed views at the June 2004 race, including the starting line, the pit lane and the podium. But in 2005, the grandstand had been moved to allow for podium suites, which blocked views of entertaining sites on the track, such as the start/finish line and the pit lane. The organizers' offered 2004 ticket holders to buy the same seats for the 2005 race, but the exciting track side views had disappeared because the grandstand had been moved.
