Hansen Natural Corp.

A shareholder derivative complaint has been filed in the Superior Court of the State of California against certain past and present executive officers and directors of Hansen. The Securities and Exchange Commission recently requested information relating to stock option grant practices from January 1, 1996 to the present. Hansen then appointed a special committee to investigate certain option grants. The case claims Hansen manipulated stock option grant prices at artificially low prices and produced false financial statements.
