A class action lawsuit has been filed against Magrann Associates and Thermal Design on behalf of the residents of U.S. Homes' Greenbriar Oceanaire development in Waretown, New Jersey. The suit alleges that the heating systems in the homes were defectively designed by Magrann Associates and defectively installed by Thermal Design.
