Florida Internet owner John Gill

A class action lawsuit has been filed against a Westside man for allegedly running an illegal loan operation. John Gill preyed on struggling military personnel and charged them anywhere from 540 to 11,000 percent interest in exchange for Internet time. Gill used his business as a way to illegally issue loans and steal money from unsuspecting customers after they signed a contract for Internet time and give Gill a post-dated or voided check.
