Class action status will be sought in a lawsuit filed against Macomb County, Michigan and the County's Senior Citizen Services Department on behalf of at least eight people. The suit alleges mismanagement and claims that the Department's Director and several other employees have embezzled more than $500,000 from the estates of those deemed too old or mentally incapacitated to oversee their own accounts.
