Jin Asian Cuisine Employee Violations Class Action Filed

Former and current immigrant workers have filed a class action lawsuit against the popular Chinese restaurant claiming they are owed pay and tips. The class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of Latino and Chinese employees and claims workers were not paid minimum wage of $7.50 an hour and never earned overtime. The complaint alleged tips from patrons were always redistributed mostly to management.
