A lawsuit has been filed and is seeking class action status against the boy band mogul and his airline company for investment fraud. The lawsuit was filed in Orange Circuit Court and claims Pearlman and Trans Continental Airline persuaded people to give them hundreds of thousands of dollars for investments, then took the money. The lawsuit seeks to represent all 1,400 known investors.
