P.J. Kids LLC

A class action lawsuit has been filed against P.J. Kids LLC, of New Jersey on behalf of purchasers of the store's furniture. The suit alleges that furniture purchased from Kids Bedtime Furniture may have caused formaldehyde poisoning from the use of the chemical in bedroom sets. The suit seeks to have an injunction to immediately prevent Kids Bedtime from selling the bedroom sets and to stop P.J. Kids from manufacturing, distributing and selling the furniture that is made overseas. The suit also seeks to have the furniture tested and labeled with warnings for potential hazards, and to require the defendants to provide relief for persons who purchased the furniture.
