A $100 million dollar class action lawsuit has been filed against Primus Automotive Financial Service, who took over Mazda of Clarksville, charging that the company engaged in conspiracy to defraud, breach of contract, negligent misrepresentation and deceptive trade practices. The suit claims that the dealership, which has since filed for bankruptcy, deceptively took hundreds of thousands of dollars by delibrately not paying off remaining loans on trade-in vehicles which were brought to the dealership.

I bought a vehicle through a FORD DEALERSHIP in 1980. It was located in Bloomington Minnesota. I need to contact Primus Auto Financial Services. Are they still in business? What about past loans? Were they written off? I owe about 1000 on a Ford.
