Possible SCCP Painting Contractors Inc. Employee Overtime Class Action

A lawsuit has been filed and is seeking class action status against the luxury condominium painting company for allegedly failing to pay immigrant workers overtime pay. The lawsuit was filed in US District Court and also claims SCCP Painting Contractors did not pay some workers for their final two weeks of work. The lawsuit seeks to represent more than 500 workers who have been employed with the company over the last three years.
