Allegations:
A securities class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased the common stock and other securities of Solutia, Inc.("Solutia" or the "Company") (NYSE:SOI), between December 16, 1998 and October 10, 2002 inclusive (the "Class Period").
