A class action lawsuit has been filed against the publisher alleging breach of contract regarding Spanish yellow pages ads. The lawsuit was filed in Kentucky's Jefferson County Circuit Court on behalf of Northwest Arkansas business owners who paid to advertise in a Spanish yellow pages book, but claim their ads were not published in January as promised. Insurance agents, photography studios, real estate agents, attorneys, and more all claim to have purchased advertising in the phone book.

The salesman who sold the advertisements, Brad Adams, no longer works for the company said he was the lead sales representative for the past two years, generating more than $300,000 in sales from Northwest Arkansas customers. Across the state, 50,000 copies of the book were to be published.
