New York, NY: An unfair business practices class action lawsuit has been filed by Bursor & Fisher, P.A., on behalf of premium members of from March 11, 2007 through August 31, 2011.

The lawsuit alleges that from its inception until September, 2011, TheLadders represented itself to be "a premium job site for only $100k+ jobs, and only $100k+ talent," though its purported job listings were for jobs that did not exist, did not pay $100k+, and/or were not authorized to be posted on TheLadders by the employers. The class action lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Class Action Legal Help
