TrimSpa Inc. and Anna Nicole Smith False and Misleading Diet Pill

A class action lawsuit has been filed alleging the marketing of their weight-loss pill is false and misleading. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and claims deceptive business practices and a violation of California's unfair competition law. TrimSpa X32 claims that users of the pills can lose substantial amounts of weight. The late Anna Nicole Smith had endorsed TrimSpa and was a spokeswoman for the company.
