TS Trucking

A certified class action lawsuit has been filed against the trucking company alleging unpaid employee overtime. One lawsuit was filed in Warren Circuit Court and claims truck drivers and maintenance people were not paid for work performed before and after regular driving duties. Another lawsuit was filed claiming TS Trucking failed to provide truckers with prevailing wages. An order has been issued to combine both lawsuits into a class action. The class action includes current and former employees of TS Trucking from July 2002 until August 2007.
