World Airways
A class action lawsuit has been filed against World Airways on behalf of all persons who purchased tickets for travel from the United States to Nigeria between November 4, 2003 and January 31, 2004 and were not transported to their destinations on schedule by the defendant. The suit alleges that the company violated US federal laws and regulations which require all airlines to honor international round trip tickets.
