Fifth Third securities fraud Settlement

Shareholders filed a securities fraud class action lawsuit against the company. According to the Securities and Exchange Commission terms, the company's insurer and other parties will pay a total of $17 million to settle the claims with the class members. (Apr-01-05) [CBS MARKET WATCH]
