A $7.5 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed against AgriFrozen Foods Inc. on behalf of farmers who sued the company for fraud and upaid crop payments after the company closed its Woodburn plaint in 2001. The 178 farmers included in the class were suing the company for $50 million for what they called "an unlawful, dishonest, self-serving business fraud." (Jun-21-03)
