A verdict has been found in the class action lawsuit filed against American Fidelity Insurance Company on behalf of policyholders. The jury found that the company did not defraud policyholders, and that that no misrepresentations were made to the plaintiffs and that there was no breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing in the sale of Flexible Dollar Builder (FDB) life insurance policies. Our school System used this company last year. We switch to Amedrican Fidelity. I am wondering if this lawsuit applies to myself and other co workers
