A $550,000 settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed against Proha Plc's subsidiary Artemis International Solutions Corporation. The suit was filed on behalf of shareholders against Opus360 Corporation in April 2001, and the settlement is pending approval by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
