Several Detroit residents tried to file a class action lawsuit against the hospital for allegedly charging uninsured patients more than those with insurance. U.S. District Judge Avern Cohn dismissed the lawsuit and ruled that the residents provided little evidence to support their claims. (Jun-21-05)
