Eight former and current African American employees filed a class action lawsuit against their employer. The lawsuit alleged racial discrimination at the Lusby facility. Calvert Cliffs has agreed to a $2.5 million settlement and while the plant owner Constellation Energy denies any wrongdoing it has agreed to implement changes as a result of the case. (May-20-05)
