Erie Insurance Group



A $6.25 million dollar settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed against Erie Insurance Group on behalf of policyholders. The suit includes up to 600,000 plaintiffs, and claimed that the company had tried to approve the use of cheaper "aftermarket" replacement parts for auto repairs, rather that the "original equipment manufacturer" parts. when they fixed my passenger door..they refused to use anything but the cheaper parts eventhough we specified original...and I am having problems with my locks after they did the recall work..something that did NOT happen before they fixed driver side door
