The Atlanta based car washing company hired another company to send advertising faxes. One woman who is on the Consumer Protection list received one of these faxes in April 2002. She was seeking class action status and claimed the company violated the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The Georgia Supreme Court has dismissed a lawsuit seeking class action status against unsolicited junk faxes. (Mar-14-05)
