A verdict has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of over 30,000 California residents who borrowed money from the company between August 20, 1994 and June 30, 2001. The ruling justice in the case found that the company had violated the requirements of California law governing automobile repossessions, as alleged by the suit. The company may be faced with a judgement of up to $125 million dollars. (Dec-08-03) [BUSINESS WIRE] [EMAIL LAW FIRM]
