A $5.5 million dollar settlement has been reached in the discrimination class action lawsuit filed on behalf of current and former staff workers at the firm's Colorado stores. The suit alleged that there was "a hostile work environment based on gender, race, and national origin, and that the company retaliated against employees who complained about discrimination".
