Settlement reached between Homestore, Inc. and its former executive officer, Stuart Wolff. Homestore will reimburse plaintiff's attorney fees and related costs up to $11 million. This settlement is reached to release Homestore of maximum liability in related legal cases. To date, Wolff has been involved in a federal criminal indictment, a Securities and Exchange Commission lawsuit, and a shareholder class action lawsuit.
