A $93 million settlement has been approved in the class action lawsuit filed by the California State Teachers' Retirement System. The suit was filed on behalf of anyone who acquired Homestore common stock between Jan. 1, 2000, and Dec. 21, 2001, and alleged that the company falsified financial reports to inflate revenues.
