A $100 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of 1,900 Tri-State physicians and the Academy of Medicine. The suit was filed against four health insurers alleging that the companies had conspired to use illegal and anticompetitive practices to suppress reimbursements to local doctors.
