A $25 million settlement has been reached in the proposed class action lawsuit filed on behalf of Hungarian Jews. The plaintiffs are Holocaust survivors who sued for the loss of their valuables seized from the Nazis' Gold Train at the end of World War II. (Dec-21-04)
