Microsoft Corp. Class Action Denied

Wolford School in North Dakota has 49 students from grade 1 through 12 and was part of a class action settlement from the computer giant. Microsoft paid $4 million to schools where 50% of their students qualified for food vouchers. Wolford was dropped from the settlement because the year of eligibility changed.
