A settlement has been reached and given preliminary approval in the antitrust class action filed in West Virginia against Microsoft Corp. Under the terms of settlement, Microsoft will provide approximately $19.7 million in vouchers for free computer hardware and software, including products produced by Microsoft's rivals.
