LLL Partnership Barefoot Camping Resort

Residents filed a class action lawsuit against the property owner after they were told the campground would be sold and they must move their mobile homes. Permanent residents of the oceanfront campground in North Myrtle Beach claimed a 30 day termination clause in their leases was not enforceable. The resort owners have agreed to award residents a $5.65 million class action settlement. (Oct-12-05) [MYRTLE BEACH ONLINE]
