Park 'N Fly

Customers filed a class action lawsuit against the valet parking company after their cars were frozen out and unattainable for a period of time. The class includes more than 100 customers who experienced delays in getting their cars from the valet service at Pearson International Airport from December 26, 2004 through December 29, 2004. Park 'N Fly agreed to class action settlement that awards customers a $129 coupon for car detailing or a voucher for three days of free parking. (Nov-28-05) [MISSISSAUGA NEWS]
