A settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed by consumers regarding beer goblets which were misrepresented to be 12 ounces, when they were actually only 10.6 ounces. The suit was filed in September 2000 by two customers of Portillo's Hot Dogs. The company will give away 50,000 coupons usable for $1 off every subsequent $5 purchase at its 22 Chicago-area restaurants. (Nov-26-03) [WPVI]
