Former and current women employees filed a class action lawsuit against the transportation and logistics company alleging gender discrimination in pay and promotion. The class also claimed women were subject to a hostile work environment. The company admits no liability, but has proposed a $15 million settlement that would be covered by insurance. Robinson is a global provider of freight related services, including brokering trucks, trains, boats and planes for shippers.
