A settlement has been approved in the class action lawsuit which alleged racial profiling and was filed on behalf of "all Latino persons who, since March 23, 1998, have been subjected by officers of the Rogers Police Department to a stop, detention, investigation, search or seizure because they are Latinos and in the absence of a reasonable, articulable suspicion that they are involved in criminal activity."
