Sears, Roebuck and Co.



A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of purchasers of Sears, Roebuck securities during the period from October 24, 2001 through and including October 14, 2002. The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and claimed Sears allegedly violated the law related to credit card business disclosures.
