A $100 million settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of 2,000 Broward County Jewish families. The plaintiff's relatives' remains were buried in two cemeteries owned by the company, and the suit alleges that these remains were dug up and disposed of in order to make room for new bodies.
