Final approval has been given to a $4,070,000 class action settlement by Austin based United Teacher Associates Insurance Company. The suit was on behalf of over 20,000 teachers and other school district employees, most of who reside in Texas and California, involving annuities and life insurance policies sold as part of Section 403(b) plans.
