Willbros Group Inc.

Investors filed a class action lawsuit against the construction and engineering firm claiming bribery and tax fraud at Willbros' international operations. The case was filed against the company along with Chief Financial Officer Warren Williams, Chairman and Chief Executive Michael Curran and Head of International Operations, J. Kenneth Tillery. Willbros has agreed to an undisclosed class action settlement that will be covered by its insurance provider and all claims will be dismissed without any liability or wrongdoing.
